Staffd provides AI-powered business automation solutions, including but not limited to AI receptionists, lead generation, sales support, marketing automation, customer support, and other AI staff solutions. Our services are designed to help businesses automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes
- Not use our services to harass, spam, or deceive others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
AI Staff Limitations
While our AI staff are designed to handle a wide range of business tasks professionally and accurately, they are artificial intelligence systems with inherent limitations:
- AI staff may occasionally misunderstand complex or unusual requests
- AI staff are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI staff configurations before deployment
- Critical business decisions should be reviewed by human personnel
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including our AI technology, website, branding, and content, remain the property of Staffd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services as specified in your service agreement.
Any content, scripts, or configurations created specifically for your business remain your property, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality
We will treat all information you provide about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staffd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business or other users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
